OILS

  • Coconut Oil is one of the richest sources of saturated fat (about 87%) and contains lauric acid, which is a good kind of fatty acid. It is mainly composed of medium chain triglycerides (TCM). These are slowly obsorbed by the liver and then converted into energy. Among its major benefits are: the ability to control the blood sugar levels, reduce fatigue and bad cholesterol, LDL. Be careful when choosing coconut oil. It's always better an organic free from conservatives coconut oil.

  • Ghee or clarified butter is the closest alternative to butter but without any milk residue and has higher concentrations of other essential nutrients (omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A..).

  • Olive oil is an oil extracted from the long process of grinding olives.  For me it's without a doubt a super-super food or how I like to say the 2 in 1. In addition to reducing bad cholesterol also increases thegood cholesterol. And I'm not done yet! Prevents cardiovascular diseases and is literally a bomb of antioxidants, polyphenols (antioxidants that protect our hearts) and nutrients. Definitely a healthy, rich and delicious fat! I couldn't forget to say that olive oil also creates an inflammatorie effect in your body.
